音标字体是一款为全世界所有语言注音的符号系统，其中的times,arial,tahoma字体实际就是从vista系统中取出来的微软的新版本系统字体。如果您的系统是xp，可以更新这几个字体，如果是vista或更高就不需要更新了。

charissil，gen和doulossil是美国暑期学院的制作的国际音标字体。
ipapannew是潘悟云教授基于暑期学院字体改造的字体。
unicodeAC是南开制作的字体。

2.将字体覆盖到C:WINDOWSFonts中就OK了，
